EMDR Membership registration
Thank you for your interest in the EMDR membership program. The application form cannot be saved in progress.
STEP 1
APPLICATION
Complete the application form with details about your organization and your goals for collaboration with EMDR Cambodia. You will be notified of the review outcome within 5–7 business days.
STEP 2
COMPLIANCE
Fill out the required Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) to ensure alignment with EMDR Cambodia’s ethical and operational standards. Processing may take 5–7 business days.
STEP 3
AGREEMENT
Review and return the signed Partnership Agreement. This formalizes your participation in the EMDR Cambodia network.
STEP 4
WELCOME TO THE NETWORK
Once approved, you’ll receive a Welcome Letter with key resources, guidance on next steps, and access to support as you begin your journey with EMDR Cambodia.
